I always thought of having a electronic gadget or a personal diary kind of stuff on which I can freely and in the most casual way jot down all my thoughts, ideas, plans in whatever jumbled up order they come into my thoughtful mind all the time.

But there was no such device available at each phase of my life, till I saw this truly innovative product with awesome device configuration to provide flawless execution of each popular task that we wish to be done on our smart device.

But the real standout feature is the "Notes" taking ability of the device that not only enables us to take text notes but also draw sketches and more thoughtful minds can even use it to envision new scientific formula or information flows. Moreover it has the latest of all the technologies embedded in its core for example fastest available processor, amoled screen, 4g compatible, large display, 8 mp camera, longer battery life, enhanced security and business applications!!! Now I cant expect anything more from a latest tab. It has all what makes it stand out from the rest of the tabs in the market and I truly believe that the POWER of Creation that they have given through its App Innovations i.e. Soonr, ZigZag, iAnnotatePDF, Zen Brush, OmniSketch, Hello Crayon etc, Touchnote, TouchReTouch to thinkers, & technology geeks like us is really of great help...

I think it will enable not only me but a large group of similar like-minds to buy this great tab and reap its Benefits.

How a Cloud Computing based Education Model can revolutionize Education?

Cloud Computing has been introduced as a boon for all those who wants to host a scalable application; ready to be used by a large of users across the globe or a country. It helps people in accessing the applications via internet without seeing any change in the performance. Rather due to the technology that supports this technology like load balancing, hyper-visor resource allocations, map-reduce etc, users are ought to have a high quality user experience with these cloud hosted applications.

Cloud Computing is already the most-hyped word on the net and other forms of media. Every technology based company is trying hard to get into it no matter how logical or sustainable their desperate attempts are :)

Leaving all the corporate games aside whats the biggest application that I see of this technology is to use it for propagation of Education in countries where the literacy rates are low or where the countries are poor as compared to the 1st or the 2nd world countries. Education industry requires 3 basic amenities i.e. premises, human resource and study resource materials. Cloud can help in eradicating all these 3 by the following ways:

1. No need of premises is needed. Only one laptop/desktop, electricity connection and a Wi-Fi or GPS enabled net connection is all what we need to start a school. All these 3 are readily available nowadays...thanks to the mobile and electronic revolution around the globe that has even touched mostly all the 3rd world countries too.

2. Human resource is not needed as all the teaching can be done virtually by the help of a teacher giving lecture in one part of globe/country and being attended by one child at a remote place in the same country or elsewhere.

3. All kinds of study material can be hosted in the cloud hosting environment and can be accessed from anywhere in the world.

So all in all cloud based educational model will not only solve the educational crisis around the globe but also create jobs and generate decent amount of revenue for the solution providers. When the education is provided through such a penetrable medium it is bound to create new generations of knowledgeable youth which will in turn create a stronger and more wiser nation.

What has went wrong till date that has delayed India in becoming a Developed Nation?

The reason why India is not a Developed Nation or will not become one any sooner because:

1. I have observed that the Youth here is taught to make their lives secure and not to take risks even if it is for those aims/objectives,dreams which they always have wanted to achieve. In the childhood days they are taught to study and not to play or else they will not get good enough grades to land them up in their Parent's desired college, in the youth they are taught to get grades to get job, in job they are told to work hard and not challenge the ways to get promotion, and so on the cycle continues here in this nation.

The only solution to this problem is to give child freedom to take risks, to rise and fall so many times that he becomes fearless of losing and courageous to win always :)

2. The nation needs to carefully chose the leaders as whatever you chose you shall get in return, if you will chose a corrupt you will get cheated, if you will chose a leader you will be guided to prosperity

3. Industrialists should not only work in order to expand themselves, they should work to build several like them so that together they make India stronger and dependent.

4. Teachers needs to take their jobs seriously, no more half explanations, out of the school tuition, favoritism, or teaching without making the concepts clear will not going to do any good to the growing hunger of knowledge in this nation. Teachers are major criminals of the society if they are not doing their duty.

5. Ignited minds should just not sit and enjoy their success or enjoy doing what they are best in. They should spread the light around, fill a young boy's heart with the fascinations of universe, filling mind of a colleague of what wonders cloud computing can do, filling the mind of your ambitious friend of what wonders he/she can do if she has believe in himself/herself and you are always there to support them.

If we are able to replicate any one of the above points I think we will make India one step near to become a Developed Nation.

What people enjoy the most?

I have met lot of people till date whether it is at work, at family get together parties, pubs etc. Everywhere I found that people enjoy laughing their hearts out the most. People always want to laugh and have fun. People enjoy drinking, eating good food and having intimate moments with their loved ones but nothing relaxes or makes them feel happier than a good laughter.

I have always been a jolly guy who enjoys making people laugh with my instantaneous jokes and all the funny things that I do, and always I have found that people enjoy it the most. I have learnt that, the best gift that you can give to a human being is a peaceful smile and if you are more generous and understanding you can make them laugh too. The beautiful smiling faces of people being happy and enjoying the moment all around me makes me feel wonderful. I hope all the people should keep smiling and there shall no sorrow in anybody's life.

It is a small post but this is one of the most valuable learning of my life i.e. to spread smiles and to make at least a single person in this world, feel better in whatever way you can, each day you live to spread the immortal smiles :)

A new type of waste: Memory wastage

Everybody in the world now supposedly possess a desktop or a laptop or at least a netbook with an external hard disk, if someone has none from the above 4, then of course a cellphone with loads of storage space. All these devices which are initially vacant with loads of Gigabytes gets filled with movies, songs, documentaries, games, and softwares. All these things are redundantly stored by each individual in their so-called "personal" collections of favorites. But if we see ironically there is nothing as such a thing called "personal" collection because all this stuff is readily available form the free and paid sources all over the internet and anybody can access it from anywhere.

The problem here is that the storage devices all around the world whether they are personal or institutional in nature are making similar copies of the same information over and over again. so if you consider movie "Tron Legacy" print in Blue Ray which comes to be about 11 Gigabytes in size, if is replicated and stored by at least 100,000 people it would waste around 11GB x 100,000= 1.04 PetaBytes of storage space.

This simply is an example that how much of memory and energy and resource goes waste for a single piece of art that can be shared with people in many other ways that can save both the memory spaces and also the environment.

My concern is simply that new innovations should be done so that this large amount of memory storage resources can be utilized with new content or more creative things than just being wasted on duplicated copies of data and information.

I will put the different methods that we can use to do it in my subsequent blogs. Till then have a great day and yes watch 'Tron Legacy" I have booked the tickets and going to watch it today.. And yes no part of "Tron Legacy" is harmed by my example as it was just to show the amount of memory wastage people do in saving redundant content, instead of borrowing from other people's hard disks :)

Why service based industry is best for India?

Getting funding for new products is the most difficult thing for a scientist, researcher, or an innovator/student to get in India. New product development can only be done by businessmen here who already has sufficient resources to support it. A common man who wants to start his own business can do it but then he has to be at a very small scale like owning a shop or more not more than this. Some exceptions might be there. But the best bet for Indian entrepreneurs to start with is service based industry as this industry doesn't requires a huge investment rather a negligible amount if they are smart enough.

The benefit of this industry is that if you have a client base of even 2-3 clients then you can first do the work, charge the fee and continue to invest it in other areas of service or products rather than first investing money in a single product development which might succeed or in worst case scenario fail too. On the contrary service providers has to invest nothing significant rather, first they have to concentrate to on delivering service and receive money for it to try out with investment options in products etc later.

Indian IT industry succeeded because of this only, earlier nobody understood the potential of IT in India due to lack of awareness and knowledge. But when few smart people recognized that service based IT can work wonders even without a large initial investment than construction, petroleum, textile firms etc requires. They flew with the idea and now see the consequences of it India has the world's most profitable IT industry an this fact is not hidden from anybody.

So I would like to share this idea to all of the budding entrepreneurs to first start with any kind of consultancy in the field in which you have the knowledge or experience, and then later you can carry on investing in any proposed products of yours. Build manufacturing industry gradually from service based industry which will not also give you more exposure but also funds to support your future plans :)

College from where one study matters or talent in oneself?

I want to answer this question from my personal experience. One day my childhood friend accompanied his father to my place at that time some more friends of mine were at my place. We had a good chat about our school days. But then the topic changed to life, marriage, and future plans. My friends started talking about their respective companies they were working for. Everything was going fine suddenly my friend's father asked about each one their respective payrolls which was largely personal subject but still everybody extinguished his curiousity honestly.

But then the real reason for me writing this blog post started. My friend's father told everybody proudly that his son owns more than a majority of us all present there. He took pride in boasting that his son has outperformed all of us present there. The reason being that his son studied from an National Institute of Technology and not any one of us studied from any such reputed college. He was sarcastically making fun of us all. But I did'nt interfered in between I let him speak and unnecessarily poke us.

Later when they left everybody was irritated and a little angry about all this. The feel of the moment changed from peaceful to annoyance. But then I realized it and took each one of friends to motivate them. I told one of my friend that he has been selected by a multinational in which that dad's son failed to pass. Another one came from IIT after doing research and earning name and fame more than anybody among us. One owned his own business startup and the other had the hottest girl of the college as his girlfriend ;)

But the dad's boy had nothing he just crammed all the lessons since he was in kindergarten he did not have any applied knowledge skills just percentage to support him and a college who did not help him get the job. My friends realized that I was true, nobody had internal satisfaction in what they were doing due to a college but due to their self efforts and knowledge. College played no part in a computer science graduate friend of mine in taking over dry fruits business from his father and expanding it, or helping an IT engineer enter nanotechnology field and do research in it to develop awesome products. It was their will my friends what made them what they were now. But that friend of mine who came with his father is still slogging in an IT company doing the work he does not like as he only crammed up all the data, code etc to succeed temporarily.... this was what he learnt from NIT :)

So my friends I would like to tell you that colleges just helps us decide what we wanna do with our lives, they give us the direction and opportunity to learn and experiment, not to cram up things just to pass and later boast about it unnecessarily. In this present date all of those of my friends who were present there earn twice what that guy earns and has earned more reputation in their work than him. But he still is trying to play tricks to get an opportunity to go onsite via company sponsorship :)

The lesson is that it depends on you what you wanna become no obstacle can come in anyone's life who wishes to learn, no college or teacher matters to the hungry mind...only self motivation and self respect does....So cheer up my friends no matter you have not being selected in an IIT, NIT or REC. You can still succeed like me and my friends...just show the world your courage and don't get de-motivated or intimidated by people who don't understand the potential in you.

Nanotechnology in India needs jobs to survive its hype!

Nanotechnology in India is just coming up in research and technology field. But still our papa and grandpa who everyday reads newspapers and watches news on TV hardly knows about it. So it does not help a guy who wants to go in this field, with his father in IT industry and grandfather retired from a Government tech firm. He does not receive motivation or help in order to take this "risky" step. Instead he is being lured into the ever popular IT industry job for both money and career security.

These 2 latter reasons are creating hurdles in India for nanotechnology to bring significant changes or employment to the society. The major problem of nanotechnology in India is that it has negligible amount of placements for now quite a handsome amount of passing out nanotech graduates. They either have to join some IT giant (because nobody else bothers to give them employment except some rare cases) or else they have to continue fruitless research here in India which does not give useful products or research papers either. If we compare this scenario with other developing nations like China, Germany, Israel, etc they have significantly higher number of publications and employment than India in the field of nanotechnology. The figures suggests around twice the number of papers are published in these nations than that of India according to Thomson Reuters Global Research Report on India http://science.thomsonreuters.com/m/pdfs/grr-India-oct09_ag0908174.pdf

As I worked in a nanotechnology company for almost 2 years and got chance to interview and interact with the growing nanotech talented youth in India. I came to know that there is no shortage of talent but the need is to give this talent a suitable direction and chance to show their abilities.

So I would like to raise this serious issue which can kick start brain-drain of nanotech talent from India like it has happened in many technology sectors in India in the past times. I would like to inform the Government so that it can take steps to retain this talent and use it for it's growth. Serious employment shortage in this technological field of the future has to be looked into at first priority and steps like funding nanotech startups, starting nanotech entrepreneurship cells in colleges, Government funding for product based nanotech applications has to be increased by many folds.

Nanotechnology can provide solution to many problems of our lives but its own survival and development is in trouble. So I would like to request professors, students, government officials to seriously look into this issue and work; not to spread the name of nanotechnology as another bright technology of the future, but as another source of mass employment in India.

Why mostly Indian small companies fail to make global footprint unlike Chinese counterparts?

This is a very important question today that needs to be answered. When we want India to shine and become a super power we cannot expect only it's large companies to perform, expand and in the process get transformed into global giants.

It is high time that Indian small companies should expand its client base from the present regional businesses to overseas shores. But what I have witnessed personally is that mostly small businessmen who are managing their respective businesses in Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai & other metros, cities etc, do not take this thought seriously or with a zeal. They tend to stick to the business clientele with whom they had dealt with, since their business was a start up.

This is good in the sense that these businessmen has the acumen to manage the business and hold clients for long. But they have some hitch in acting to expand further at national or global levels.

Let me put down the reasons in bullets:

1. They have a wrong notion in mind that this would require a lot of money investment.

2. They might lose the regional clients if they will concentrate on expansion.

3. They do not have the resources to publicize their business abroad.

4. Their cost of development, production etc will come higher than China, so they will not be able to compete.

5. How will they manage the expanded version of their business, when they feel it is already full of hassles in India?

These all are myths in today's world.

A very small amount of investment can do good and precise publicity. As so many channels like website, blogs, local & global search engines plus trade site listings are available mostly for free Moreover even if some are not then they are available at very affordable rates which can amount to at most 1%-5% of the annual income.

The only problem that needs to be considered now is: Chinese competition. But what I have learned through my personal experience is that businessmen here in India, half of the times are simply unaware of the price the Chinese counterparts quotes to overseas clients. The prices comes either at par or slightly lower than India. The 2 positive points which makes us overlook the pricing issue are:

1. We do not do piracy or break copyright laws when business deals are concerned, as compared to other parts of the world.

2. Our products have the better quality and standards than the global counterparts.

So what is required now is that we have to concentrate on strong market research results, facts and figures only, rather on notions that has been built in our minds.

We need to expand our small companies into medium and then large business players and so in order to do that we need to provide deliverables on time (this point is Achilles' Heel in India as people are a bit relaxed even when doing business).

So if we have decided to expand our businesses and build our nation, we should start acting now. These steps not only brings prosperity in our lives but also pride for India.

Always value relations :)

What is one of the best thing about human life that I have learnt in the past few years?

The answer is to always value your relationships. It can be with your ex-girlfriend, kindergarten friend, colleague or any relative.

I had some situations in my life when I was at the brink of losing some of the best mates and relatives I had in my life. But some how it never happened and today all of them are still a very important part of my life and will be forever. Last night I recalled a best friend who knows me better than I know myself. She is the 4th person other than my mother, father and brother who I will always respect and love forever.

We had a lot of arguments related to personal matter and every time I tried to break the relationship she always stood besides me. But I always acted without giving it a second thought and I was on the brink of losing her forever. But today I thank God to give me the right guidance that I learned this beautiful truth about life; which is to always respect and value people around you, who are there for you whenever you need them.

So I am back again with a lesson from my life, hoping my blog readers will try not to make such mistake. After watching the movie the only one word which came out of my mouth and that was "AWESOME" but I think looking at the story, 3D effects, visuals, action sequences I should change the word awesome is spelled to "AWESUM".

The movie has everything that a true entertainer movie with a message should have. It is yet another James Cameron's masterpiece I think it is equal to or a little more awe inspiring than TITANIC. I am damn sure it will break the $1 billion mark by ticket sales in the coming 2 months or so. Before going to the movie I read that come critics have criticized the story as not that good as it should be, but this all these are TRUE LIES, the story is as good as the movie and I am going to see it again on Christmas Day. The story is the main reason that all the 3D seems sensible to me. It has all the reasons both scientific and moral that justifies each and every drama sequence in this epic. So go my friends and take all your family members and friends with you as this the best ever 3D movie to be watched.

I would like you to tell that I sat in the 2nd row to the screen while watching the movie and it was truly the worthy place to be seated. Some of my friends who sat in the last row or in the middle of the theater were not able to feel the bushes, the guns blowing and many more wonderful scenes as we people who were sitting in the first 3 rows to the screen. So people take the seat in the first 3 rows from the screen only and preferably the middle ones in those rows to get the best possible feel and excitement of watching AVATAR in 3D and ENJOY.

Talent Recession: It's Meaning, Cause, and Remedy

Talent Recession, its a new combination of words :) but it is creating and will create major problems in India's progress in the coming years. NASSCOM has many times brought this in focus, time and again. But the cry is falling on deaf years. There are few reasons behind it: Firstly the growing number of engineering colleges in India, like for example in Uttar Pradesh alone; their number has tripled since I did my bachelors in computer science and engineering in 2007. These colleges have sprung up like mushrooms in every medium and largely populated cities all around the nation. The problem is not the growing number of colleges; which could have been a good sign if they provided quality education. They are presently an earning model for their managements who just want to take their share of the soup as most of the Indian youth is crazy about getting just a degree rather than getting educated and then acknowledged by a degree. The problem is not with the students alone but with the parents also who want each and every kid of theirs to become an engineer or a doctor just like that of their neighbor's son or daughter. Its sounds sarcastic but first we have to deal with this problem.

The Government first has to put a check on these "mushrooming colleges" before giving approval, it has to check whether the college is willing to hire good professors, lecturers or they will recruit some fresher pass-outs to teach the upcoming batch of freshers :) The planning has to be verified thoroughly and inspections which are nowadays thing of past should be rejuvenated to put a check on these false practices. Then the students has to be a little more sensible, I advise you my friends that don't go to a college if it's past record is not good check with it's pass-outs or read about it on the internet then only make a decision to take admission anywhere. I don't want any of my young friends to be fooled by these people as YOU are the future and YOU have DREAMS. Thirdly please Indian parents stop looking upon your neighbor's son or daughter achievements, and moreover don't push your child also to do the same, study the same, achieve the same. YOUR child is unique, he has his own share of the world, his own set of goals, and his own dreams so let him achieve them instead of forcing your neighbor's kid's goals, dreams etc. Give YOUR kids space to create their own existence and mark upon life.

The second problem which is accelerating Talent Recession is the course that is being taught at the college level. It contains a lot of theory and a little chunk of it has practicals. Rather the scenario should be vice-versa. If we consider a computer engineer who has studied a lots of theory, formulas, algorithms etc but does not know how to program a single into an executable code, its just waste of time, money and talent. So its high time that the courses has to be made more professional with more emphasis on practical problem solving skills and abilities. Due to this problem whatever talent is being generated in our country, is not at all able to withstand the professionalism required in the industry. The companies mostly end up with fewer number of recruits then required in large campus interviews, and walk-ins.

The third and the final problem that is promoting Talent Recession is "The Brain Drain". This is a serious problem as what ever talent pool we develop does not stays in the country due to the fewer number of top notch facilities available for them in the research fields. We have a handful of universities or institutions that support high tech research in India, so students who want to study further and do some quality research either don't get admission into these reputed places or they end up in fighting with too much of competition for limited number of seats available. Moreover Indian research labs still lack behind in every aspect like instrumentation facilities available, industrial exposure, funding, professionalism etc from their counterparts in the Western or now even Eastern parts of the world. The work culture has a vast difference in the labs here and abroad. I have myself personally seen how professors play politics in some top notch institutions here to get the favor from the Government or to get more influential position. The need is that either the students or those who know the truth about these problems need to come out of their shell and take necessary steps to stop all this.

Students should write to the Government's concerned authority personally or collectively to improve the conditions, get more research instruments, complain about the wrong doings of the staff etc. If these all steps are not taken again and again till the result is seen, we cannot prevent Brain Drain or better the educational system & facilities.

These were the problems due to which we are witnessing the problem of Talent Recession. Moreover we will sense it even more if nothing is done to prevent it. The need of the hour is not to just read this column and others like this and go back to work, sleep or read another one but to realize the effects this problem can bring to us if we remain so ignorant. It could be any body's child, brother, sister, even yours or even YOU who can suffer due to this. Unemployment, economic breakdown, dependency, global deficits and even recession are in some way or other related to this, may be not wholly, but still this problem accounts their impact, rise and also their fall. So rise up people and take some solid steps and help India progress faster, stronger and better....and make World a peaceful and secure place to live in....

Post recession problems.

Now finally global recession is coming to an end gradually, the progress is slow but it is there for sure. New problems are being faced by companies. The acts that helped them supposedly survive in recession now are creating problems for them. One of such problem is unavailability of sufficient talent to do the growing amount of work. Now the companies are on a hiring spree if not everywhere in the world but at least in India. This is proving to be a mind game. Companies who did not fire their employees during recession are looking down and smiling upon those who did just the opposite. Companies who felt that the extra bench strength or work force can be a burden and a wastage of a large amount of money in salaries are now realizing their mistakes. The companies I should say which were loyal to their employees not only helped themselves to retain their qualified talent pool but also made them feel happy by not not firing them at the time of economical crisis. This instilled the trust of the respective employees in the company that has and will surely benefit the companies in future too. This showed great management skill I would like to say it Trust Management :)

The effect is that the "loyal companies" (as I would personally like to quote them without showing any signs of rebellion or negative publicity towards any company surviving or bankrupt) :) have started getting new business deals and are coping to them very well. On the contrary the other companies who were not so loyal or in other words were more "Strategic :)" are having their attention a bit diverted first in trying to compete to get more business deals and secondly for hiring talent pool. These both jobs are proving to be very problematic to them now as all the talented people they fired joined elsewhere with competitive salaries and now these companies has to pay more to get them. Moreover the companies who did not fire their employees earlier has given them increment so more cutthroat condition has been created. As of now the new business is coming knocking the door so lets see how the "Strategic :)" companies cope with all this.

The moral of the story is that if we want our employees to be loyal to us and wants us to perform to meet our goals and stand for the company whenever required. Companies shall also do the same to them. The hiring shall be done to keep in mind the risk both to the company and to the employee. Lay-offs are not a sign of excellent way to get rid of recession woes but a big hole in the strategy and planning of the managements. So I hope my words will not go in vain companies will become more sensible before asking a loyal, hard working employee to leave.

Thanks for your valuable time :)

Now I am also an Enterprise Technology Consultant!

I have added another cap to my professional career by adopting role as an Enterprise Technology Consultant. Domain expertise are in Nanotechnology, R&D, Market Research,Search Technology, Automation, and Enterprise Strategies & Solutions.

Currently working on a project from European and Australian companies' joint venture (names are kept confidential for product secrecy). The reasons are given below:

1. I met my very first best friends there, who are very important in my life till today, and will always be forever. Kautuk, Gunjit, Varun, Anshul, Sunny, Himani, Sapna, Arpit, and Vinay all are my best buddies and I met all of them in my school. Kautuk, Gunjit, Anshul, Vinay and Varun are also working with me in my business plans to start our own company; such is our friendship and bond.

2. I got interested in science & technology in My School days, my school library was enriched with such an awesome collection of books and journals, which not only helped me in getting educated, but it also contributed in developing that extraordinary interest, towards Science & Technology in me.

3. The teachers in My School days were the best than, what I ever had in my entire life. Not even in my college, the teachers were as good as my school ones.

4. I learnt my disciplined ways there, I got my ambitions, my aims, my interests, my hobbies there only and they all are still intact.

5. I got to know my skills, I recognized my capabilities & most importantly I came to know "Why I am here on this planet?" in my school only.

6. I got to learn how to think scientifically. Whenever I used to find something questionable I used to spend days thinking about it and finally I used to get the answer, more importantly without taking any body's help. I build my reasoning and understanding power to a large extent there.

7. I miss the days when my mother used to cook breakfast & lunch for me in the morning, my father used to drop me & my cute li'l brother at school and then pick us back in the noon. We used to be taught by both of my parents. All these are the memories that I value & cherish.

8. I learnt to become self-dependent and learnt how to compete, be hungry to win, enjoy the winning moments and plan for the next targets.

9. Finally what I got from my school days was the believe in myself that whatever I will do in my life, wherever I will go, it will make me stand apart from the crowd and I will be somebody; rather than being a nobody. I became so much focused that whatever I am doing today, to my fascination, it is just the same as I thought in my school days, I will achieve one day. Some aims are still left unachieved but surely I will achieve them too soon.

10. I am very happy to be a student of St. Paul's Church School, Agra. I love the good old days and I will always cherish those memories & learning's all my life!

A Truly Personalized Web Search Engine

The day is finally here! I announce that my team has completed the development of business plan/proposal for the next generation web search engine. The search engine will be truly personalized and will be more intuitive than any other search experience available on the web.

The web search experience will now never be as conventional as it is today. Users will be truly fascinated by its complete new look and multiple utilities.

We have a well planned and elaborate work plan for our operations. The supporting technology is thoroughly tested in labs and the cost estimates are worked out accurately till the last penny.

Now we urge all the interested Angel Investors/Venture Capitalists to contact us for the initial/seed funding.

We shall now develop technology ourselves! Enough of BPOs!

We shall now develop technology ourselves, instead of just creating applications using them! Enough of BPOs!

The IT revolution that we have witnessed in the last ten years was because we learned the various technologies and created applications using them for varied fields. The need for software at all levels using the latest in the technology was fulfilled by it.

The revolution showed us the rise of Indian IT giants like Infosys, Wipro, TCS etc. But now the saturation has come we have so many engineers that can work on different programming languages and tools but we don't have more than a handful who can actually develop a programming language or develop a tool.

What engineers nowadays do is master a couple of programming languages and try to get job somewhere and do the low end IT programming. The high end the real techie stuff is the core development of the technology from the scratch. Teachers in colleges also focus on how better an engineering student can write code on a programming language or application platform already developed, instead of encouraging them to develop their own platforms or technology.

I recently had long discussions with few highly experienced IT friends of mine who are based at all the IT development headquarters of India i.e. Bangalore, Gurgaon, Noida, Chandigarh, Mumbai and Pune. They all were convinced to this point that, we now in India need Technology Developers not Application Developers. The good points that we concluded were that if we have a significant number of Technology Development initiatives in India we would not create something unique and useful but it would help also help us to keep the technology in our hands and then give it to people to develop applications out of it. This would help us generate even more revenue and much bigger and technologically sound companies will have a long lasting profitable future.

The second thing will be that we will have the control over whole of the IT supply and demand cycle we will only be the manufacturer and we will only be the applications developers so double revenue generating opportunities, isn't that Good! Then we can have more international clientele on our lists than ever before!

Third is that our nation will come with more research papers and we will then not lag behind in the technology development race.

Fourth is that we can achieve ours and our ex-president Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam's dream of making India a self dependent Superpower sooner!

So my friends please give this idea of mine a thought and think which way is better for you and all i.e. being an App Developer or a Technology Developer!

Help "You"rselves to create history once more, to start the revolution once more, to mark the new beginning once more!

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://mayankmohansharma.blogspot.com/2009/06/we-shall-now-develop-technology.html' title='We shall now develop technology ourselves! They give false hopes of increment, promotion or foreign business trip but it backfires badly sometimes if the respective company's top managers are not "That Appreciative" :)

If the members work just as they were expected to and, then if they don't receive what they were made to dream of! They get really pissed of and loses any kind of loyalty towards the company and sincerity in their work. They feel they were being cheated and so at this point in time its very difficult to gain them back on your side. So be careful before making employees or team members dream!

The right approach is to tell them about the reality, and tell them when the good times return i.e. "post-recession" their present day stand with the company and the understanding they showed now, will surely be appreciated. This will make the employees and team members feel motivated and a bit more loyal towards the company. They will feel that a responsibility is on them, to row the ship out of the whirlpool now but later it is sure they will land on a blissful island!

So I would advice all my friends to be true, show reality and stand together to come out of this whirlpool i.e. "Recession". The economic slowdown is slowing down a bit. Inflation has fallen to beat 32 years record, companies are gaining in terms of profits again, BSE also showed a bit of smooth rally in the last couple of months, so the good signs are coming guys!

I am pretty confident that if India will progress like; it has progressed in the past and is progressing now, we will be even less effected by these kinds of whirlpools in future if they come again....

But the need of the hour is to make our Great Nation Stronger but remember always my friends that a Nation becomes Great only when its citizens act Great and are Great ! I do not doubt on any one of you, as "You" are the future my friends! Instead of us being depending on MNCs start our own multinationals.

So the good is news is that some of my friends has actually started planning too, to start their own companies, they are aggressively into the business planning and pre-launch stages. Sunny is working on his plan to start micro-irrigation & carbon credits business, Varun is thinking to start his online gaming portal, Akshat wants to start his coaching institute for engineering students, Shailender is an activist in Samajwadi party & his aim is to be a politician, and Anshul wishes that his prosthetics & artificial limbs company shall start soon.

Is'nt it so cool my friends! they all are trying to do something that will someday help build our nation stronger and self dependent with lesser unemployment. "YOU" also rise and as still there is so much space and areas for our nation to grow in, try and do something to bring a new revolution in the nation. BEST OF LUCK TO "YOU" ALL!!!

Indian youth should think and go beyond the contemporary career options!

Everybody knows that why USA is the superpower and why now China is speedily heading towards becoming one!

The reason for this is that the youth in these nations were and are more enthusiastic, they are more ambitious and they are more determined than us.

What the majority of our Indian youth do after getting a professional degree or education, is to go and try for a job. Then once we get it we do not think of any other thing than normal life. We just flow with the daily routine and work, and in the process we also get promotions and salary increments etc. We become satisfied and thus lacks the capability to think big or achieve even better than what we are getting.

This is the point that makes us different from the youth of the other two nations I have talked about. Their the youth thinks beyond the contemporary and try to take risks. They try to start their own company or business at some point in time, some try to do it soon after graduation some after getting some experience but in India it is not so. The majority of the people here just do not think about it also. They feel unconfident they think that they don't have money or the resources or the team and so many other negative things they think about rather than finding solutions or remedies to find a way out of them!

If the Indian youth would have thought or acted in a different way, then in India the youth which is now so worried about jobs scarcity due to recession would not have bothered about it. They instead would have been creating jobs for others! I don't understand why people always thinks that if they get job in a MNC then its good rather teaching kids in private tutions is not cool! Let me take this example only, my friends I myself taught children of class/grade 4th to 12th and in the process I used to earn a handsome 15000 Indian Rupees a month. I used to enjoy explaining scientific fundamentals and trying out scientific experiments with them. Now if I would not have been interested in Nanotechnology or would not have thought of starting my own business with a better idea then this one then I would have definitely opened my coaching institute. At least I would have helped to better the Indian primary education by it.

I would like to advise my fellow Indian youth brigade to think and become innovative, try to stand out from the ordinary crowd, try to create some space for yourself, and try to start your own thing. This will not only give you the confidence that you are doing what you are best at or what you wished doing all life. But also it will make our nation stronger and one day a superpower. No nation becomes great my friends unless the people living in it acts Great!

So my friends if any one of you has some awesome idea which you think has the spark to ignite the Revolution take it out, make a business plan out of it, approach venture capitalists, and Government, give your best efforts to make it into a reality. I would also like to request any parent who is reading this blog to please try and give your son/daughter a chance to prove themselves, have trust on them and support them, after all who would not like to be remembered as a father or a mother of tomorrow's Dhirubhai, Bill Gates or Walt Disney!

So GO FOR IT FRIENDS !!! Mark the Beginning of a new stronger You, India and the World!

Some queries you might have about my blog...

The first query to a person who visits my blog would be => whats this INNEA?

The answer is that as I am very obsessed by innovative technologies and related stuff. I thought of putting the name of my blog as the combination of these two word's prefix and suffix: INNovation and idEA, so like this it came INN (of innovation) + EA (of idea) = INNEA

The second question might come to any watchful reader would be that why this guy stopped writing after April, 2008.

The reason was that I was busy in stabilizing my career and was working hard for the company I am working in right now i.e. YashNanotech Ltd, plus I was trying to materialize some of my own plans. Do it and then talk!

I, everyday meet and see so many people around me who just talk so much about what they want to do, but they either don't take the required serious efforts to do it or they just waste ours and theirs time in just idle talks....

I have seen so many managers and researchers who love just talking about what they want to do like a new product or a new project but instead of taking real initiatives they somehow think that it will be done by their juniors or subordinates. They tell that do it or you are in trouble or your life is in trouble or its a matter of life and death for you all sorts of foolish phrases they use haha! On the other hand when the poor junior fellow tries to do something about it. Even a single mistake in the try is treated as a huge blunder or the guy has done some scam of trillions of dollars :)

So I would like to advise all the wannabe managers/researchers/team leaders to lead the front and indulge creatively in the development process along with others in the team, rather than sitting and discussing, wasting time in meetings over the same topics/problems for months. Doing and then discussing helps a lot more than to just talk and do meetings about doing something i.e. nothing.

Take the charge, do, help and motivate; these things can only help in any project rather than finding mistakes in others, wasting time in meetings and just pressurizing others to do the work, which you were entitled to do! Team spirit and mutual respect only has helped great people to do great things a single man can do nothing alone! If anybody has doubt on me I would advise him/her to go and read about Bill Gates, Paul Allen and Steve Ballmer, read about Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak, read about Sergey Brin and Larry Page, Warren Buffet and Charles Munger, Narayan Murthy and Nandan Nilekani, there are lots of other great men too. I always sit and analyze my life whenever I am in a mood of spending time with my solitude. I would like to tell you how I learnt from my past and how it helped me to become stronger mentally and emotionally. In September, 2008 I was about to leave Mumbai to come to Bangalore as my company asked me to shift there and manage the whole office proceeedings along with continuing my R&D there. At that time I was very much attached to my friends and my relatives there I used to enjoy so much and was in complete love with Aamchi Mumbai. That's why this relocation news was not very welcomed by me even though I was getting both post and monetary increments. I was very sad and worried that how will I live alone in a completely new city where I know no one except one colleague of mine. I went back to my home to meet my parents in Agra and to take their blessings as it was a pretty new start of adventure and some new projects for me. But all the time I was sad I thought of even leaving the company and finding a job in Mumbai itself. But later came one special friend of mine who explained me what are the pros and cons of it, I had several series of long heated discussions. But later I understood and promised my friend to go there. She gave me strength and told that any how every person has to deal with the world some time or the other alone so now it was my time. I would like to thank her through this blog writing that whatever I am today Whatever I have achieved today is a lot because of her. Thanks Jyoti.

Then I left Mumbai and came to Bangalore 1 month passed, 2 months passed and then 3rd one too but still I was like very sad from inside and was missing my friends, colleagues and my near and dear ones in Mumbai. Everybody tried to give me courage and used to talk to me now and then. I lost my temper also so many times and was very disturbed I just don't wanted to stay in Bangalore. Although my work and performance was not affected at all but I was deeply disturbed from inside. Then again my that dear friend helped me and asked me to analyze, sit alone and think. This was like a message from God! You people might be thinking that why this guy is making such an issue out of such a small thing in his life. It was small thing friends but it was different for me because first time in my life I was without my family, my friends and my loved ones and that too for so long, along with no probability for me to go elsewhere any sooner! You can imagine myself as a kid who is left alone in darkness such was my condition I think I thought I was strong but I was not.

But this phase in my life made me stronger thanks again to God and my loved ones. I analyzed what I was doing and why I am feeling what I was feeling at that time. I thought over it again and again and again... Later the answer came it was all happening because I was thinking that I have lost all those people whom I loved I am alone now and will remain like this.. But this was wrong concept that was in my mind. I realized that they still are very near to me and at any time I can go and meet them I can talk to them when they are free and all is the same just instead of seeing them everyday I will see them in few months time. I asked myself to bring patience in my heart and calmness in my mind and so shall was done. By the help of my sweet friend and God I successfully overcame that horrible phase of my life and now today I am not only enjoying Bangalore but I have loads of friends here too who are just like the ones in Mumbai... Today I am very happy and working on so good and wonderful projects which will definitely become successful.. I am sure about it.. So the moral of the story is never stop loving your near and dear ones don't panic they are always there and will always love you as you love them... Plus always take out time from your life, sit in solitude and think about what problems you have, ask God or your mother(as she is second to none) or the person whom you love the most in this world it can be your sister, brother, cousin or a friend anyone. (Thanks to God I have all three of them...) You will definitely get all the answers......

So cheer up I am back with my Blog! I will always be there for you all.... Mayank

What should be our attitude?

We, humans are the most blessed species because we have been given the most wonderful gift by the GOD, which is our BRAIN. Look at any other species and you will find a strange fact and that is all the other animals etc are not so creative as we are. We have created all what you can see around from the place you are reading this blog post of mine. So isn't it wonderful to feel this specialness. But what people do is that they forget about this special status of ours on this planet. They try to ignore all the things and just become selfish. People do not take care of their surroundings they throw rubbish anywhere, they pollute the environment, destroy the habitats of precious wildlife many of which might not be available by the time we have grown our grandchildren, we fight, we kill, we become selfish and think only for ourselves, thinking as if whatever we do is fine and even it hurts something else then why do we care? Yes my dear this is the attitude problem I have seen these days in most of the person nowadays. So what can be done now is the main question to be answered. First of all I would like to tell that yes it is fine that you think for yourself and this should be your attitude but this should not hurt someone. We have to think or devise such plans that there should be no harm to anyone we are dealing with whether it is a person, a group of persons or our environment. We shall consider the fact that we are a part of this planet and this human society and we are blessed so we should not behave like NO BRAINS. We shall think globally or should add a lot of factors before we are deciding something we should not be self centered but also not self ignorant. There should be a perfect balance between the two points. Our attitude shall be such that we shall not do too much for other s and forget ourselves plus we shall also not forget others and remember only our interests. Our attitude in our life should also be very positive we should always think that we will succeed in whatever we do. We shall always think and inquire before we do anything so that we do not regret ourselves later. And the most important thing is that WE SHALL ALWAYS READY TO LEARN TO RECEIVE. When we are ready to learn and receive we are in a vacant state and this state of ours will always keep us humble and we will be always gaining in our life. We shall not always be ready to give as our resources and the most precious thing which is our time shall be utilized for our goals sensibly keeping in mind all the above given points. When we are always giving then people try to exploit us they get used to us so this also makes us feel good but we do not realize this that what all blessings they are giving to us or good things they are saying about our selflessness is although good. But these all things are in no way going to help us if we are not doing anything for us and just giving all our time and energy for other people. So if you good people at heart are reading my blog understand the fact that GOD is really happy with you and your selflessness but if you have got aims or wishes then you have to balance your attitude. So the moral of the story is that BE YOURSELF BE GOOD FOR YOU AND OTHERS BUT BE BALANCED AND POSITIVE ALWAYS!!!!!!

Now I Will Also Write About Technology etc!!!

My friends from now onwards I will not only write articles having the social and spiritual topics but also on technology and my ideas. Rather memorizing it by heart. But in order to do so; besides students; teachers also have a crucial part to play. But nowadays what is happening is that the students are studying to just get more and more marks whether it is a school or college. We can see everywhere that the same tradition is being followed i.e. of just getting more and more marks in exams. The result is that we are able to witness the rising of the average percentage obtained in respective subjects by the individuals. But still when on one side we see the rising percentages obtained, on the other side we again and again see in the newspapers, Internet or on the television that our industries require quality skilled professionals and there is shortage of such people. So can you now understand that why this problem is occurring, this is because largely ,the students are not trying to learn anything they are just trying to get marks and teachers also are also not interested in helping this situation out. In virtually every college we can see this happening, sometimes the students do not want to study and sometimes the teachers do not want to teach. But this is not the case which happens occasionally but normally. If you think about it then you will find that it is the fault of the teachers only that we are not getting quality manpower. Most of the times the teachers are not qualified enough and they get through the interviews by some source etc, and sometimes they are lazy and do not want to teach. You can understand the situation of the students because now, how can we expect them to be serious in studies. So what they do is they cram up the lessons and concentrate on just getting marks. Because if the leader is lazy then how can an army win the battle. So if my friend you want to be a skilled and quality professional when you pass out you should study yourself and just do not try to cram up the lessons, but try to understand them by using various examples to understand the logic in it. You might also have witnessed that when you go and give your exams after cramming up the lessons as soon as you come out of the examination hall you lose the memory of what you have studied and learnt for the respective exam. You only remember those things or concepts that were understood by you not anything else. So my friends study hard, learn by understanding and believe in yourself to succeed and make our nation proud of yourself. And teachers please be serious, take your jobs seriously, and please the recruitment officers at the educational institutions hire only: the right person & not your relatives, as it is the future of many students and the future of our nation with whom you are dealing with!!!!!!

GOD REALLY LOVES US!!! IT IS UPTO US THAT WE UNDERSTAND IT OR NOT!!!

God really loves us! and this is true. This is so because I have felt it and have made several of my friends feel it my parents feel it and my younger brother too. So why can't anybody else. The motive of this blog post is to realize the people that GOD is always with us and is always helping us in our day to day work. Only the thing is that we do not understand HIS style of working or ways of execution I should say. GOD always gives us hints or shows us the ways to do our things. If we are in a problem or some sort of dilemma we should close our eyes and just ask HIM to help us. We have to pray to him in such a way that HE is standing in front of us and we are seeing HIM in reality. When our imagination or the feelings reaches this extent that we can really feel HIM standing before us, then only we can say that we have realized the truth, that HE was with us always. We have to realize that in no way HE has just now come to help us but HE was always with us, but we did not realized it. Now what HE do to help us is that HE gives us hints to show us the right path. But remember this will only happen when you have felt HIS presence! HE can help us from any source. Just what we have to do is that we have to be ALERT and CONSCIOUS to hear what HE is trying to tell us. When we are ready to hear and accept in our mind and our heart that whatever HE will tell us, we will obey it then only, the hints will start pouring down to you. For example if you are worried about your job or is dissatisfied with it then you will see jobs ads here and there on signboards, on T.V etc. You will realize that wherever you go people are talking about jobs. At workplace, in the garden, while jogging, or while travelling in train, you will continuously hear people talking something or the other about jobs and jobs...... So what does this shows it shows that GOD too wants you to try for a new one. He wants you to go ahead and is ready to help you. Now a person will ask that why not then GOD send some person or a job offer directly. Then I would say that GOD's work is to help you to achieve your aim. HE cannot do or help you if you are lying down on a bed and thinking that a nice job will land in your lap. No friend this is not the way HE has made you. He has made you to be a person who works hard sincerely and who has a wonderful heart. HE is always ready to help you so it is you who has to decide that do you want the ultimate GOD to be on your side with you always, or wants to venture alone!

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://mayankmohansharma.blogspot.com/2008/04/god-really-loves-us-it-is-upto-us-that.html' title='GOD REALLY LOVES US!!! Some of these cases are like to help a poor boy/girl to understand some concept in mathematics if he/she is not able to take private tuition or go to school, feeding an old disabled man, caring about someone who is mentally retarded or is ill etc. This humane quality should be present in every human being to help others. But this quality shall not come in a person so much that he should forget himself and stop caring about his/her self. Now people would say that Mother Teresa also did the same but she also used to not care about herself but only about the needy and the poor. In order to explain this point I would first like to tell the person that Mother Teresa's soul aim was to serve the needy and the poor. She was not a lady who had to take care about her kids or who wished to go ahead in her life by getting promotions or incentives via work performance etc. To be precise her work was nothing other than to serve the God's sons & daughters heartily and with pure love and care. But what today I have seen people is that they either just donate money, clothes or food and do not even bother to see that these things are being provided to the needy or not. But this is not what, I am writing this blog post for. But I am writing it for those people who are normal human beings like me and you and then too they try to become angels forgetting that if we have to serve others then we should be in such a position that we are carefree from our side i.e. regarding our development, our work, and our progress etc. Many wise men has also taught us that we should take one job at a time and then can we only achieve good results in it. But I have seen people who are not satisfied by themselves, they themselves have not learnt or followed the path God has showed, and even they are do not sometimes know their goals and even if they know they do not do anything in order to attain them. But then too what these people preach is self motivation, self realisation and to be non selfish, even when they themselves are not satisfied and crave for more. I also know such good people like one of my dear one who is very sweet at heart and does everything to make people around happy but what this friend of mine gets back is nothing. So what I want to advice here is that until and unless we are in such a position that we can really help others without expecting to get anything back we shall not think of helping others. We should first concentrate on ourselves because if we are strong if we are satisfied then only we shall come forward to help others. We should first start the charity from ourselves and from our home first. Then we should think about others if we are hungry ourselves then how can we provide food to others. We should first make ourselves strong we shall concentrate on our goals and achieve them and then only can we teach the kids that what are the ways to survive in this world. So the moral of the story is that if we cannot help ourselves, if we cannot work hard for ourselves, if we cannot achieve our goals and if we cannot satisfy our desires then how can we say that we are capable to help others, to teach others or in my friend's case help someone else come on the right path when we ourselves are doing nothing to start this charity or helping attitude or this instinct to help ourselves in order to move ahead in our life. So before we think about others we should first give a little thought or ask a question to ourselves that have we done the same with us or with our near and dear ones who we might be neglecting or might be overlooking thinking that as they are near to us we can anytime take care of them. But friend this is the wrong attitude first we should think about us about our old parents and then we should think about others this is not being selfish because we have seen a lot of times that people commit suicide due to self negligence and loss of self motivation no matter if they are very social and helpful to others they failed to realise and help themselves and lost their precious self/life. Several times we have heard that people leave their parents in old age homes and on the other hand same people donate lakhs of money to cancer aid societies so isn't this ironical friend? We can also see it like this, that if all those people we see as oppressed and needy would have helped themselves then there condition would not be like what it is today. If these people would have helped themselves no matter how hard they would have tried I bet they would be better than what they are today but what they did was that they neglected themselves they failed to realise that it was they themselves were those who could have helped themselves. But what they did was they laid there hands in front of other people which should not be the case. So Help Yourself Be Happy Be Successful & then Help Others as GOD Loves You & He Wants You To Be Strong Enough To Spread His Love Around!

Self Respect can make you Extraordinary!

Often I have seen that people have become very easy going. Although that is a very good quality which provides you with the ability to survive with any kind of people around in any kind of place. This is because possessing the quality of being an easy going guy makes a person flexible he/she can bend his/her personality according to the environment he/she is currently dwelling in. For example the person is like butter you can slice it off anyway by a knife and can eat it everytime you wish to do so. It does not matter that how you have sliced it off! But being easy going always, might hurt you sometimes when in order to tolerate or go with the situations easily you lose your ability to feel your self esteem and self respect. When normally someone says something to you or intimidates you and, if you are an easy going person you will normally ignore it or take it just like a day to day talk. But if you are a really self respectful and self esteemed person you should take it as a normal thing but you have to take it as a reminder or have to mark the person's words in mind and see if he/ she again says it or not or hints at it or not. If such a thing happens then it is the time that the person is making fun of you or is doubting YOURSELF and YOUR ABILITIES! I have emphasized on these words because you too have emphasize on these words in your mind in the same way I did here. You have to feel that the person is challenging you and you are a person who loves and respects himself/herself a lot so how can you hear such things. Now after realization of the point you shall think yes THINK! That how can you show that what the person is saying is false and you got to have that inner fire and feeling to build up your confidence & mind in order to make that person feel ashamed of himself/herself of what he/she had done to you! You should always be alert about the fact that you are YOU and the best person of the world you have all the capabilities to do all those things; that you wish to do or is good at or have thought of to do! You have to sit in solace and realize yourself and motivate yourself, love yourself and ignite your inner self flames in order to prove YOURSELF. And this can only happen when you truly respect yourself and have a great believe in yourself. So keep respecting yourself and see how world will bow before you ALWAYS!!!

THE REAL TRUTHS!!!

There are only 3 truths in this entire universe that we live in. This concept was known to me but my view was different before I met someone who made me understand it in the way it really is! The only 3 truths are GOD, LOVE & DEATH. We cannot deny that there is no God because we haven't proved that either! Even scientists today accept the fact that there is some sort of unknown energy in a living being's body that is other than the metabolic or physical energy possessed by it. No matter how hard we try to disbelieve in the presence of GOD then there comes a messiah to prove His existence or to show His path, examples are Jesus Christ, and all those people like Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King Junior, & Nelson Mandela etc. This shows that GOD is present and is in every person's heart. Whenever we think of doing something wrong or bad then an inner voice comes which instructs us that we should not do this. This inner self is nothing but the voice of GOD which we hear. GOD loves us so much that this voice never comes to us in an angry or annoyed tone but it is always in a light and soothing manner. But then too we suppress it mercilessly to do what we are not here to do! So this shows that no matter what happens GOD is always with us but it depends that do we want to love HIM in the same way HE loves us, no matter how bad children we are or we become! The second real truth is LOVE. Every human loves something or other it does not means that the love has to be with someone i.e. human but people even love their money, their physical features, their materialistic possessions and the list can continue forever! But what is the real essence in it. The real thing is that no matter who we are or what we do we are in LOVE with something. When people are in love with something that is non living or is materialistic then it is largely bad, not fully because if a person does not loves his home or car or money then how will he survive in this world. We have to be materialistic in this world as the world is made of these things which we require in order to survive. But it becomes bad when a person starts rating his materialistic love over emotional/humane love. If a person does not values emotions or feelings then he becomes a material himself and then the world starts treating him like that only. No body will talk to him, make friends with him or will even like to spend a little time with him just like a gold biscuit who is precious as it is wealth( the person is also wealthy) but we cannot live by it OK we can buy things from it but can we buy mother's love from it, father's caring love from it, a brother's understanding from it no. So this is the second real thing a person has in his life it is true that a person is in LOVE with something or the other but the real thing is that he has to understand that whom she should LOVE actually! The third truth is DEATH. No person can say no it. Can you say it ha ha no you cannot. Every person on this EARTH has to die, even the stars die our sun will die, galaxies collides and vanishes, planets explodes etc when there is nothing such a thing in this entire universe that could have lived forever then where do we stand? So what shall we understand is that after realizing this fact we shall start spreading love, happiness and joy to wherever we go, we shall enjoy our life in such a way that we do not harm anyone else we shall live as if we will never die!!!

LOVE!

Love according to me is just not a word or a feeling. It is the feeling that gives me inspiration in every thing I do. It makes me more dedicated towards my work, life and people around me. It makes me feel secure, very happy and a there comes a very warm feeling that dwells in my heart always when I am in love. And I love to have it there! I donot know that what that feeling is but I think that it is the heart of my beloved which is created virtually close to my heart. This is the thing that makes me know what my love feels everytime I am with her I can feel her pain, happiness and her love for me from this virtual heart. For me love is being caring , faithful, having dedication plus understanding. I love every person with whom I live, I know or have lived with. I try to make them happy by pranking jokes and creating a joyous enviroment always. It makes the people glad, but what I enjoy the most is the smile or laugh I am able to generate on their faces! It gives a very relaxed feeling and I feel good and happy from the bottom of my heart. Then why donot every person try and do it. Why cannot we spread love and smiles wherever we go! I am doing it and that is why I can feel that eternal feeling in the way of that warmth in my heart, the blessings I recieve and the relaxation I get! So lets try and spread love, be in love, and then feel that what huge difference it has brought in our lives. It does not means that we should always have a boyfriend or girlfriend for it! We can feel love that moment when our mother gives us food we can express our love to her then , when a child smiles to us we can smile back, when a raindrop drops on our face we can thank God and feel His love plus there are numerous ways by which we can love, and express our love to anything that is around us even if it is making a little difference in our life. As all these little things adds up, to create our lovable self!!

IMMORTALITY!

If a person is given the power of Free Will then most of the individuals will wish to live forever. But what would that prolonged life be worth if this respective person was unable to make even one person to believe in his thoughts, love him truly or have even one person who has respect for him. Then even if this person is given life till the end of the universe then too he will achieve nothing, in other words he would gain nothing meaningful or human in nature. A person truly becomes immortal when his thoughts, his teachings or path is followed by other people even if he is not alive. This person takes birth every time when a person remembers or follows his words. Our every action should be directed in such a way that even if we are not helping or caring about people then atleast we should not do anything that might hurt someone. We have to become a better loving individual or precisely a better human being in order to be remembered and to become IMMORTAL!

The Definition Of Being UNIQUE!

What is the meaning of being UNIQUE? It is not just that good feeling or that happy sense which we feel in our heart when somebody tells us that we are UNIQUE. The feelings and thoughts that comes to our mind are because of the response to these flattery or sometimes true words. But these feelings are largely without that deep thought that should initiate it. It is obvious that every body is unique because no two person in the world thinks the same way in everything, no two persons has exactly the same personality and no two persons has the same expectations and the list can continue forever..... But then what defines Uniqueness it is the self realization that defines it. The understanding of the self defines it. The recognition of self talents recognizes it, the confidence which we have in ourselves defines it. And the most important thing is that the understanding of why are you as an individual present here defines it! If you love your parents, siblings and friends then it means you are here to love them you have to realize this! If you love your job then it is because you love it so you are here , when you feel happy and filled with joy then it means that for recieving these soothing feelings you are here. In short there is no requirement of any deep understanding or mythological theories or metaphysical theories in knowing this, that why as an individual we are here or we are unique. We just have to realize it by thinking and thanking for all what we have! Then we will truly understand our meaning of UNIQUENESS!

My First THOUGHT To Start With!

To introduce myself I would just like to say that I am a person who likes to think and that is largely my hobby too. Anyone who might have read "THE SECRET" might be knowing the importance of it! I did not start thinking after reading that book but I got this habit since I started learning the ways of life in my childhood days. I realised that loving yourself and thinking can give answers to virtually anything. Buddha, Einstein, Newton, and many other highly inspiring and respected people have practised it some received the ultimate Wisdom or Path and some the ultimate answer to cosmic mysteries. So we have to think that when such difficult questions were answered and such ultimate gyaan i.e. ultimate knowledge was obtained by people just like us who are remembered till now and will always be, by thoughts building process called Thinking then why cannot we do the same!
